The Not-So-Contract-Like Agreement

  • Failure to up the sales presentation RedZone Closing Technologies will not fail you, if we do; you fire us, no monetary penalty. Failing you is defined as not doing what we said wed do. If, during the first session with your sales team, you decide our ideas, techniques and methodologies are not so different from what you're used to, fire us, no money due.
  • Down the road If you choose to keep us on after the first day, but three months later decide we don't wear well, so be it, fire us. All you will pay is for the training that's been delivered on a pro-rated basis (you would pay an amount equal to your a la carte day rate times the number of days we've delivered minus any monthly payments you remitted. You will also pay for any delivered video equipment, workbooks, DVDs or CDs, but you will not have any on-going obligation).
  • Change of management This occurs from time to time, though our content routinely results in lowered levels of turnover. Should a new manager arrive on the scene and declare, as they are prone to do, his or her way of selling vehicles to be superior to our technologies, without ever giving us a chance to prove ourselves, oh well. But you will pay for all delivered training days and supplies, and pay a far dearer price when you leave your sales team in the hands of yet another superior manager.
  • Confidentiality You will love our materials, but not so much that you copy, duplicate, dub or take them to other locations or organizations unless you've purchased additional licenses. Nor is anyone in your organization licensed to teach this material to anyone outside of your immediate organization. Conversely, RedZone will not take any of your technologies to competitive stores.
  • Cancellation of Coaching Days Each party will show respect for the other's time. Coaching days cancelled with eight days prior notice or more will be rescheduled at the convenience of both parties. Coaching days cancelled with less than eight days notice by either party will result in a $500 discount for the dealership if the RedZone trainer is responsible for the cancellation. A $500 cancellation fee will be assessed if the dealership cancels inside of the eight day window. Extenuating circumstances will be forgiven by either party.
  • Renewal At the end of the first twelve month period you will have the option to pay us double in order to have us do it again the following year, or if you'd rather ask for a discount, that's fine too. But don't forget, we wrote the book on price justification! Chances are you'll be happy or you'd have fired us earlier and chances are we're happy with you as well, so its doubtful there will be any significant change in pricing or terms.
  • Supplies All supplies are included for up to twenty five sales team members. If the sales team is larger than twenty five or replacement materials need to be provided, well work something out.
  • Our guarantee is simple If you don't win, we lose. RedZone is unconditionally guaranteed to be the best experience of your professional teams career. Period. If you don't agree, you pay us nothing no questions asked. We're so confident, that well even make your experience completely-risk free: just ask.
